This top quality hand-crafted mattress is manufactured to order in the UK to our own specifications using the highest quality materials. Lead times vary but are normally around 4 to 6 weeks from order. However this mattress can often be supplied much quicker if needed.
Mattress Springs
Two layers of 17 gauge pocketed springs, hand-tied together into a honeycomb nested unit, giving a very supportive luxurious feel, with a high spring count per mattress.

Mattress Border
The 25cm (10 inches) deep border has with three rows of genuine hand side stitching.
There are eight horizontal handles on king sizes and solid brass ventilators finished with piped ticking.
Mattress Upholstery Layers
A superior hessian insulator is stitched by hand using twine to the spring unit.
Multiple layers of 600 gsm pure bonded white cotton, loose long strand white hair teased by hand.
1250 gsm bonded pure white cotton and layers of pure new lambswool and luxurious cashmere.

Zip and Link
This mattress has the option of being provided as two separate 90cm wide by 200cm long single mattresses, which are linked together with zips. This has the advantage of being separated for ease of turning.
