This top quality hand-crafted mattress is manufactured to order in the UK to our own specifications using the highest quality materials.
Lead times vary but are currently around 6 to 8 weeks from order.
Mattress Springs:
15cm deep full pocketed spring unit encased in white calico and settled into a nested unit. The spring counts are given below for each size of mattress:

Mattress Border:
A 23cm (9 inch) deep border with two rows of genuine hand side stitching. There are eight horizontal handles on king sizes and above, whilst the upholstery is made from natural bonded white fibres. Solid brass ventilators allow the mattress to breathe and are finished with piped ticking.
Upholstery Layers:
A superior hessian insulator is stitched by hand using twine to the spring units.
There are multiple layers of bonded pure cotton and white polyester fibres.

Zip and Link
This has the option of being provided as two separate single mattresses, which are linked together with zips. This has the advantage of being separated for ease of turning.
