Bespoke Oak Four Poster - Bed C

A bespoke hand-crafted four poster bed fashioned from European Oak with turned front posts, square plinth feet and corniced canopy. 

This made-to-order bed can be any size you wish. Here we quote for UK King (60"x78" or 150x200cm for the mattress) and UK Super King (72"x78" or 180x200cm for the mattress). 

The upholstered back panel can be straight (as shown) arched, or a bespoke shape, and will be upholstered in a fabric of your choice. The canopy infill can also be covered in a matching fabric. We can also supply drapes if required, with pelmet valances, back and side curtains.

There is the option to have a design where the mattress goes around around the front posts, and we can provide a wide range of mattresses with cut-outs on the front corners to fit.

The basic price is for the oak four poster bed frame in a size of your choice, in a choice of oak stains, and includes an upholstered headboard, standard flat canopy infill, and bed base to support the mattress. 

The fabric for the upholstered headboard and canopy infill is extra and we can provide a full range of fabrics from all suppliers, or you can source yourself.

Any drapes, pelmets, curtains or pleated canopy are also extra and we can work with you to finalise the design and source the fabrics required.

The mattress, bedding and bed linen are also extra. 

This particular bed was created in January 2025 for an interior designer who supplied us with a specific design brief for a 2m x 2m oak four poster bed. Using an initial sketch we developed this bed, coordinating all the design elements with the decorator and client, including the required dimensions, post design, canopy design, wood choice, stain colour, headboard design, fabric choice, etc. This was truely a bespoke and unique unique piece made exactly to the client's requirements, and likewise, we can create a bed to meet your design needs.
